First Vocal Rehearsal with Pop!

Rehearsal Schedule for 26 - 29 November

Tuesday 26^th November 4-6pm

People needed:

·         Dancers – Beginning choreography of Another One Bites the Dust.

·         Singing – Main roles and Vocal Booth people PLUS cops.  Learning the tricky harmonies for: Killer Queen and Play the Game.  Then we will do requests!

Wednesday 27^th November  4- 5.30pm

People needed:

·         Everyone – Learning backing vocals to Innuendo then singing through We are the Champions, Bohemian Rhapsody and Crazy little thing called love.

·         BUGSY PEOPLE GO TO BUGSY!!!!!!!

Friday 29^th November  1.30pm

Somebody to Love – all the Teen Queens plus Scaramouche.

It would be lovely if we had all Teen Queens there together (for the first time!)

Looking ahead – no rehearsal the week of Bugsy (10^th and 11^th December) BUT you will be with full band on Tuesday 17^th singing as much of the show as we can (with mics) AND they may be click track recording later that week so make sure you know your harmonies J

Rehearsal Schedule 19 - 21 November

Tuesday 19^th November 4-6pm

People needed:

·       Dancers – Working with Mrs Harper to go over Radio Ga Ga and Killer Queen

·       Singing – all who sing in ‘Days of our Lives’ (including Pop, BV and Bohemians), ‘Headlong reprise’ (as in ‘Days of Lives’), ‘Play the Game’ (including cops as you are on stage) and (if we have time) ‘Killer Queen’ (also includes cops).  You may not be needed all the time for singing but will have the opportunity to work some scenes too.

Wednesday 20^th November  4- 5.30pm

People needed:

·       Everyone – Bohemian Rhapsody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(so please listen to and remind yourselves of your harmonies from the students resources drive beforehand!)  BUGSY PEOPLE – GO TO BUGSY!

Thursday 21^th November  1.30pm

Teen Queens for ‘Somebody to Love’ – EVERYBODY please to finish it off = Ellie, Charlotte W, Charley J, Katy R and Paige.

Rehearsal for Tuesday 12th, Wednesday 13th and Thursday 14th

Tuesday 12^th November 4-6pm

People needed:

·       Dancers – (Ga gas and Yuppies) – Working with Mrs Hajiloizou

·       Singing – all who sing in ‘One Vision’, ‘Kind of Magic’ (focus on Backing vocals) and ‘Play the Game’ (focus on Backing vocals).

Please check the lists of people in vocal booths and also you should come to the rehearsal if you are on stage during these numbers.

Wednesday 13^th November  4- 5.30pm

People needed:

·       Dancers – (Ga gas and Yuppies)

·       Seven Seas of Rhye and Flash – Backing vocals (will include Bohemians and Cops and Chorus as well as those on the BV sheet)
