Important Information on Dress Rehearsals

In the week leading up to the opening there will be a series of extra rehearsals you will need to attend.

Friday 2nd Dec - Sitzprobe (fancy word for 'sing along' with the band....)
5:00 - 7:30) but stay straight after school for costuming.

Saturday 3rd Dec and Sunday 4th Dec - All day rehearsals
10am - 3pm

Tuesday 6th Dec and Wednesday 7th Dec - All Day rehearsals (you will not be going to classes but need to catch up on any work)PLUS EVENING 6:30 - 8:30

Recordings for ‘Cabaret’ promo trailer





As many of you know, we are making a promotional trailer for ‘Cabaret’.  I have made the backing tracks of a medley of songs and now need to record vocals and additional instruments.
We will be recording:

Cliff – final speech
Emcee – Willkommen (start up until first spoken break) AND the final ‘auf Wiedersehen, a bientot’
Cabaret girls – The section of Willkommen when you first sing
Schultz – First verse of ‘Married’ as a solo
Kost – First verse of ‘Tomorrow Belongs’ and then third verse with ….
Ernst – third verse of ‘Tomorrow Belongs’
Schneider – What would you do (final verse)
Sally  - Cabaret - From ‘I made my mind up back in Chelsea’ to the end of the song


Please can you come along to B13 (music area at Beyton) to record at the following times:

(Acting and vocal rehearsals will be over at Beyton that evening.  We are sorting out transport for Main school students)

Musicians  (Transport will be provided for main school students.  We will have the rest of our rehearsal at Beyton that evening)
