Additional rehearsals

Dear Cast

As we get near to the performance date, it is clear we aren’t quite ready!  SO we need to put in some extra rehearsals.

In addition to the Wednesday rehearsals:

Friday 19^th June – for speaking parts only.  Until 5pm (no late bus, arrange to be collected)

Friday 26^th June – for whole cast. Until 5pm (no late bus, arrange to be collected)

Saturday 27^th June – for whole cast.  10am – 4pm.  Bring drinks and packed lunch.  Entrance will be via the caretakers door beside the auditorium (follow ‘deliveries’ signs)

Monday 29^th June – for whole cast with band.  ALL DAY technical rehearsal. 

Tuesday 30^th June – for whole cast with band.  ALL DAY dress rehearsals.

Performances:  Cast 1 – Wednesday 1^st July and Thursday 2^nd July at 7pm

                                Cast 2 – Tuesday 30^th June at 7pm and Thursday 2^nd July during period 1 for primary schools.
