Dress Rehearsals

Important Information on Dress Rehearsals

In the week leading up to the opening there will be a series of extra rehearsals you will need to attend.

Friday 2nd Dec - Sitzprobe (fancy word for 'sing along' with the band....)
5:00 - 7:30) but stay straight after school for costuming.

Saturday 3rd Dec and Sunday 4th Dec - All day rehearsals
10am - 3pm

Tuesday 6th Dec and Wednesday 7th Dec - All Day rehearsals (you will not be going to classes but need to catch up on any work)PLUS EVENING 6:30 - 8:30

Rehearsals 22 - 24 Sept


Beauty and the Beast rehearsals
Tuesday 22nd September: 
All Ensemble, Lumiere and Cogsworth  - choreography (Be Our Guest)  Other enchanted objects not needed but welcome.
Gaston, Le Fou, Belle, Beast and Maurice – Acting

Wednesday 23rd September:
'Human Again' vocals = Mrs Potts, Lumiere, Cogsworth, Babette, Wardrobe, Chip.  (Belle, Gaston, Beast and Silly Girls for offstage vocals/click track recording)

Thursday 24th September:
ALL CAST – setting 'Belle' and 'The Prologue' - please have learnt your words for 'Belle' - practice against the backing track.

 Rehearsal tracks to practice harmonies against will be on the Student Resources drive by Monday.  (look under 'Music' in the folder Beauty and the Beast)
